Every request we make carries:
SuperfluidityBot/1.0 (+https://www.superfluidity.ai/bot)
We never disguise the agent string and we never crawl from a residential proxy. If something claiming to be SuperfluidityBot is behaving differently from what is described here, it is not us.
Somebody submitted your product’s URL to a catalog, or you did yourself. We fetch your public pages, take screenshots, and write a listing from what those pages say — quoting them rather than paraphrasing, so every claim on the listing carries the sentence it came from.
At most six pages per visit, inside a 75-second total budget, one page at a time. We re-read a listed product about once a week. We do not fill in forms, log in, click anything, or fetch anything behind authentication.
We read it before every crawl and we obey it. Disallow SuperfluidityBot or * and we stop. There is no separate opt-out to remember.
An unreachable robots.txt is treated as no restrictions, so we still stay inside the limits above.
Claiming your product gives you a delete button. Deletion is permanent: the row, the screenshots, and the listing are removed, and the URL answers 410.
If you would rather not claim it, the moderation page takes a report against any listing and a human reads it.
