Who this is between
Superfluidity is operated by JCIT Systems LLC. Using it means you accept these terms. If you are using it for an employer, you are confirming you may bind them.
What the service does
Superfluidity reads software products’ public pages and writes listings from what it finds. A listing is a measurement with evidence attached, true as of when it was taken. It is not an endorsement or a warranty of anyone’s product.
Your account
One handle per account, chosen once. You are responsible for what happens under it. We will close an account that is used to impersonate, harass, or automate abuse of the catalog.
Credits
- Credits pay for AI work like crawling, answering, and verifying. Browsing is free.
- Purchased credits do not expire. Granted credits expire thirty days after they are issued and are spent before purchased ones.
- A job that fails refunds its hold in full. You can see every movement in your ledger.
- Credits are a prepaid usage balance, not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not redeemable for money.
- Purchases are handled by Stripe. Refunds of unused purchased credits are available within thirty days of purchase — email us and we will action it.
What you post
Field notes, vouches and listing edits stay yours. You give us the right to display and distribute them on the platform. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.
A vouch is a statement that you use a product. Do not sign one for a product you own or were paid to endorse.
Listings you did not create
Products are listed from their public pages, including products whose owners have not signed up. If a listing is yours, you can claim it by proving control of the domain — that lets you correct it, and the same proof lets you remove it entirely. Removal is immediate and permanent.
API keys and automated access
Reads work without a key at a low rate; a key raises it. A key is a server-side credential and you are responsible for what is done with it — one shipped in a browser bundle is a key in every visitor’s hands, and the usage is yours. Revoke a key you have lost, from your settings.
- Do not work around the rate limits — rotating keys, spreading a job across accounts, or minting accounts to multiply the free allowance.
- Build on the catalog freely. Do not re-publish it wholesale as a competing catalog, and do not use it to train a model that substitutes for it.
- Keys with the write scope spend your credits. That scope is off unless you turn it on.
Side-by-sides
We publish comparisons between listed products. They name companies who did not ask to be named, so each one is held for seventy-two hours before publication and either owner can opt out permanently — the page comes down and no future one is generated. They measure public pages and are not advice about which product to buy, and no one pays to appear in one or to be left out of one.
Crawling, copyright and takedowns
We fetch public pages, store a screenshot and an extract, and show both as the evidence behind a listing. We honour robots.txt, identify ourselves in the user agent, and do not sign in anywhere or submit forms.
Naming a product or showing its page does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by its owner. Product names and logos belong to their owners.
If material on this site infringes your copyright, write to the address below with enough detail to identify the work and where it appears, and a statement that you are authorised to act. We remove infringing material and record the removal. Anything else — a listing that is wrong, a page that should not exist — goes through the report path, which reaches a person and is answered.
What we do not do
- We do not sell placement. Nothing on this site is paid ranking.
- Marks and vouches never affect where anything appears. They cannot be bought.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available, or that a measurement is free of error — a crawler reads what a page shows it, and pages change. To the extent the law allows, JCIT Systems LLC’s total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
Ending it
You can delete your account yourself, immediately, from your account settings. Unspent credits are not refunded when you close your account, so spend them first if you want the value. Your handle is retired and never reissued, because your identity mark is derived from it.
What you wrote in a thread stays, unattributed: other people replied underneath, and their words are not ours to delete. Privacy sets out exactly what goes and what stays.
We may suspend an account for abuse, for illegal use, or where continuing would put the platform at risk. If we end your account without cause, we refund unused purchased credits.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will say so on this page and date it. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
Law
New York law governs, and the courts of Kings County, New York have jurisdiction.
