WHAT IT DOES

Apsis lets users lock money into a non-custodial, on-chain vault until a date they choose, with no way for anyone — including Apsis — to release it early. Funds are held as USDC on Base and earn interest until they return to the user's bank account on the chosen date. It is aimed at people saving for a goal, managing impulse spending, or recovering from gambling, including prediction markets not covered by other self-exclusion tools.
