Me and my friends try to meetup in person once every couple weeks, and this greatly simplifies the back and forth. Sometimes people let the group chat run in the background and don’t text back, and other times no one confirms their availability, so this solves all of that.

Converge is a scheduling tool that lets a host share one link so participants can mark when they're free without creating an account. Overlapping availability is shown as a heat map and the best time rises to the top. It includes an AI drafting tool called Compose that turns plain text, screenshots, or past meetings into a ready-to-schedule meeting, and supports adding confirmed meetings to Google, Outlook, or .ics files.
1 meeting / week · Up to 5 people · 10 AI Compose credits / month · Availability heat map & best-time · Guest access — no account needed
Up to 20 participants · 50 AI credits / mo · Google Calendar sync (read-only) · Weather on in-person meetups · Schedule 2 months out · up to 7-day windows
Up to 60 participants · 1 year ahead · 100 AI Compose credits / month · Recurring meetings (daily → yearly) · Schedule 1 year out · up to 14-day windows
