HookDeploy captures HTTPS webhooks at the edge and routes them to public endpoints or into private infrastructure through a source-available agent that dials out over mTLS. It supports inspecting, transforming, and replaying captured payloads, and offers a temporary local tap for debugging live traffic on a developer laptop without disrupting production. It is aimed at developers integrating services like Stripe, GitHub, Shopify, Twilio, and Linear who need webhook capture in development and production under the same security model.
