Hype Stack is a free, open-source full-stack codebase (React frontend, Hono backend on Postgres, desktop, mobile, and browser extension builds) that runs out of the box. On top of that starter, it sells a catalog of feature packs (auth, billing, teams, notifications, etc.) and templates that are installed via a CLI as source files copied into your repository. It is aimed at solo founders, freelancers, startups, and agencies who want a working codebase with conventions already in place, including support for AI coding agents.
