Mireye provides a single API and MCP server that gives AI agents cited, sourced data about physical locations in the United States, including terrain, hazards, utilities, and parcel information. It targets sectors such as data center siting, renewable energy siting, insurance underwriting, mortgage and title, residential land, and commercial lending. Agents can query it in natural language or fetch specific fields, each returned with a source, fetch timestamp, and confidence bucket.
