Rio is a terminal emulator distributed as a universal binary for macOS, with installers for Windows, and pre-built packages for Linux and FreeBSD. It is configured through a config.toml file supporting themes, adaptive light/dark themes, fonts, cursor effects, splits, and shell integration. It also ships an embeddable core (librio) that compiles to native libraries and WebAssembly, exposed on npm as rioterm with a react-rioterm wrapper.
