It exposes streams as web resources over REST APIs, with SDKs for TypeScript, Go, Rust, and Python, a CLI, and a web-based Studio. It is aimed at developers building things like local-first/multiplayer apps, agent event sourcing, real-time feeds, and sandbox observability.
